Что делать? Как справиться с паникой
Постараюсь максимально коротко. Сейчас состояние многих близко к панике. Только то, что знаю я, далекая от СМИ: неделя назад - возгорание в ТЦ в Томске - справились. Сгорел ТЦ в Кемерове - жертв, конечно, больше, чем в официальной статистике + искалеченные жизни тех, чьи близкие погибли в ужасе и боле. Сегодня - возгорание в ТЦ Белграда. Лучший способ справиться с паникой – злость. И мы начинаем искать виноватых... Обращаюсь ко всем читающим: - Проявляйте заботу о себе. Постарайтесь не месить воду в ступе, бесконечно обсуждая одно и то же. Чувствуете, что нарастает паника - делайте что-то: плачьте, бегите, пейте воду... - Хотите помочь пострадавшим, но не знаете как, велком в мой предыдущий пост. Активная ссылка Красного Креста в Кемерово. - Если разговоры окружающих о трагедии ранят Вас, не бойтесь показаться бездушным, пресекайте их. - Не заводите себя снова и снова. Это в Ваших силах. Ничего не можете сделать? ДЫШИТЕ. Концентрируйтесь на дыхании. Возвращайте ощущения своего тела, возвращайте себя в СВОЮ жизнь. Молитвы, мантры.... успокаивают и стабилизируют. Тем, что Вы получите проблему себе, Вы не поможете пострадавшим. Не надо так изощренно обманывать себя. Ещё раз повторяю, можно оказать помощь реальную, см. выше. Кроме того, что Вы поможете материально, Вы дадите понимание пострадавшим, что действительно разделяете их горе и они не одни. P.S. Пожалуйста, воздержитесь от критики резкости тона. Если мой пост попадётся на глаза пострадавшим, которым нужна психологическая помощь, пишите. Наши встречи будут для вас не оплачиваемыми.
